The buck stops with Matt Welch, our General Manager. The rest of us try to make his job easy, but hard work comes with the territory. He's often at the shop outside of regular business hours catching up from our busier weeks or delivering a bike for a customer who couldn't make it before we close. He leads by example, and his hard work is the driving force for the success of this dealership. Despite the responsibility he holds, he is one of the most customer-facing GM's in the motorcycle industry and always makes time for customers when needed.

Stephen has been in the motorcycle industry for decades, working in all kinds of dealerships, most recently in Chattanooga and Atlanta. He loves BMW Motorcycles and is starting his own vintage collection with a 1971 BMW R60/5, a 1976 R90S in Daytona Orange, and a 1980 R65. He also has a 2015 BMW R Nine T.

Jeff is the newest addition to our up-front staff. He came over to Pandora's when we bought his family's dealership and picked up KTM and Beta. He's been riding, selling, and servicing Beta since 2010 and KTM since 2014. With the addition of these brands, it is important to have someone who is deeply familiar with dirt bikes the dirt bikes we sell to help customers before and after the sale.
In addition to managing offroad sales in the Sales department, Jeff posts photos for the website, manages our social media accounts, and writes Advents every week.

Christian is a motorcycle enthusiast who turned salesman. He is our resident Triumph Champion with training and knowledge of Triumph Motorcycles. Recently, he bought a KTM and has been participating in SORCS racing and off-road riding! This makes him well-versed in diverse areas of riding so he can help you choose your perfect ride!
